  • ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM OR SENT A DUPLICATE ORDER? If you encounter any issues while submitting your order or believe you've unintentionally placed a duplicate order, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. Provide them with your order number, and they will assist you promptly.

  • CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER If you wish to change or cancel an order after submission, kindly get in touch with our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Depending on the item and its delivery status, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once an item has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  • RECEIPT FOR YOUR ORDER Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, including a delivery note upon receiving your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • DELIVERY CHARGES Our delivery charges vary based on the weight and delivery location of your order. You can easily calculate the delivery charges on the checkout page.

  • WHERE DO WE DELIVER? We take pride in serving valued customers worldwide, and we offer our shipping services globally.

  • ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME For standard sizes and available stock, we strive to process all orders within 10-15 working days (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays). However, custom-sized or customized items may take approximately 3-4 weeks.

  • NON-RECEIPT OF ORDER In case you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Team or email us at support@grappling-dummies.com. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

  • RETURNS POLICY We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days after the day you receive it. We offer replacements or full refunds for the price of the product, excluding delivery charges. Please ensure the product is returned in a resalable condition and its original, undamaged packaging.   • RETURNING AN ITEM If you have changed your mind about an item, please contact our Customer Service Team or email us at support@grappling-dummies.com. Include your order number, product code, and reason for return, specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will provide you with complete instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the return costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • REFUND PROCESSING Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment you used when placing the order. You can expect to receive your refund within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned item.

  • DAMAGED ITEM UPON DELIVERY If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team or email us at support@grappling-dummies.com immediately. We will arrange for the damaged item to be collected, and a replacement product will be delivered to you free of charge.
